Craig Cimoroni, CFA

Director of Business Development & Investor Relations of Elizabeth Park Capital Management

Craig Cimoroni, CFA, CPA (Inactive) is the Director of Business Development and Investor Relations for Elizabeth Park Capital Management. He has over 26 years’ experience driving disciplined, strategic business development, and best-practices to accelerate growth in the institutional marketplace. As a conduit between research teams and investors, Craig translates complex analysis into fluid, results-driven solutions investors understand and trust. He leverages a proactive and transparent approach with investors paired with an unrelenting commitment to put clients first.

Before joining the Elizabeth Park team, Craig was a Managing Director in the Institutional Equity Sales group for KeyBanc Capital Markets. His 23 years at KeyBanc earned Craig many rungs of leadership within the organization and established him a national industry presence. His leadership experiences include his roles as Regional Sales Manager of the Southwest, Mid-Atlantic, parts of the Midwest, and Texas regions as well as various roles on strategic divisional committees. Prior to this, he was an Assistant V.P. for McDonald Investments as an institutional equity salesperson. Craig launched his career as an Auditor at Ernst & Young, where he specialized in the audit of banks and broker-dealers.

Craig earned his MBA from Case Western Reserve University Wetherhead School of Management, where he received the distinguished Dean’s Award. He served on both the Scholarship and Program Committees for CWRU. He received his B.S. in Accounting from Miami University’s Richard T. Farmer School of Business Administration, where he was elected to Beta Alpha Psi and the Golden Key National Honor Society. He achieved his CPA and CFA certifications in addition to Series 7, Series 24, and Series 63 licensures. He served eight years on the CFA Board of Directors, including Board President. Here he received the CFA Society of the Year Award (2013) and the Society Chapter Governance Award (2014). When Craig is not working, he dedicates himself to supporting youth sports and programming in his community as the Board President of the Shaker Youth Soccer Association. Craig calls Cleveland home with his wife and three children.
